Hi everyone! I’m David, General Manager- Iglu Waterloo.
I’m originally from the UK and have been living in Australia for the past 18 years in various States. I have a background in Hospitality for over 30 years across Corporate and Boutique properties.
Outside of work, I spend most weekends with my wife and 2 daughters as well as playing golf (available for a game if you’re keen!), motorcycle road trips & catching up with friends.
I love a good chat so please feel free to say hello when you see me!

Matthew
Hi everyone! I’m Matthew, the Assistant General Manager at Iglu Waterloo. I’m originally from Malaysia and have been living in New Zealand and Australia for the past 12 years. Like many of you, I came to Australia as an international student- so we already have something in common.
Outside of work, I spend most weekend at the beach, reading books, partying at night and going on road trips/ camping. If you need recommendations around Sydney or beyond, or just want a chat, feel free to come and say hi!

Hi, my name is Daniel, I am originally from Chile and speak fluent Spanish.
I studied hospitality management and after years working in hotels, I made the move to student accommodation, I really enjoy working with students.
In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors with my family in Sydney’s great beaches and parks.

Olivia
Hi I’m Olivia! I’m a full time Customer Service Coordinator at Iglu Waterloo.
You can usually find me at the markets on a Sunday or dancing with friends whilst trying to hit a karaoke bar.
I’m always happy to help and please come say hi!

Sarah-Rose
Hi, my name is Sarah and I’m one of the full time Customer Service Coordinators here at Iglu Waterloo.
When I’m not at work you can find me out at a pub or a restaurant hanging out with my friends.

William
G’day, I’m William, your customer service coordinator. I’m here to make your stay as smooth as possible, so if you’ve got any questions or need a hand, just give me a yell.
When I’m not helping out here, you’ll find me in the gym smashing some heavy weights- Olympic weightlifting’s my thing 🥇, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm (I love whipping up healthy eats as a nutrition coach 😋).

Xin chao everyone! I’m Linnie, Property Accountant at Iglu Waterloo, who enjoys crunching numbers and making Excel behave.
When I’m off the clock, I’m a mum to a little boy and two dogs- so life is always chaos and fun!! I love travelling, hunting down new food spots and matcha latte around Sydney.
Come chat with me- numbers (and spreadsheets) are less scary together!

Hi, my name is Andy and I am the Facilities Manager at Iglu Waterloo.
I am a qualified plumber of nearly 10 years experience and have also worked as a signwriter and installer. I recently completed a unit on Facilities Management via distance education.
I am here to make your environment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please do not hesitate to come and say hi and let me know if there are any maintenance issues I can fix for you.
